The City of Sunny Isles Beach has drafted the plan to establish a 20-year vision for the Town Center and Neighborhood Business districts located on the west side of Collins Avenue. This plan focuses on the desired character, street design, parking layout, open space design, and mix of uses for the areas. The plan is a summation of the public outreach process and serves as a guiding document for upcoming policies and ordinances.
