Grad-and-Go Participation Form

Grad-and-Go is back for the Class of 2021! The City of Sunny Isles Beach invites graduating middle and high school students and their families to celebrate their accomplishment with a special drive through graduation event on Friday, June 11, 2021 from 10 - 11:30 am at Gateway Park.

Graduates will be assigned a specific time window, during which they should arrtive at the event site. Graduates and their family will enter Gateway Park in their vehicle via Sunny Isles Boulevard eastbound and will be directed in front of the stage. There, you are welcome to exit your vehicle to take photos and witness a special presentation. Only one car is permitted per graduate and family. Graduates who wish to attend this special socially distanced graduation should submit the participation request form online no later than Friday, May 28 at 5 pm.

If you would like a photo to be displayed during the presentation, please submit a photo below. Photo must be an original digital photo, no scanned copies will be accepted. Photos from a smartphone or digital camera will provide the best resolution. Photos to be displayed during your individual presentation must be submitted through this form.

Participants who agree to participate should be advised:

1. Photographs submitted will become a public record
2. Photographs will be published on the City’s website and/or online photo gallery 
3. Participant represents that they own the photograph being submitted and it is not copyrighted by a third party
4. Participant gives any media outlet permission to (i) air the photo and (ii) publish it on digital platforms and social media, without compensation
