Required for ALL program registrations and events at the resident rate.
Please provide:
- Government issued photo identification (i.e. driver’s license, passport)
- Current Deed/Lease (duration must be 1 year). The copy of the valid lease must be accompanied by a letter from the condo/management office stating who resides in the unit.
AND
2 of the items below:
- Current Vehicle Registration AND Insurance
- Utility Bill (i.e. electric, home phone, cable) - within last 3 months
- Credit/debit card statement - within last 3 months
NOTE: DO NOT include any financial information that can be compromised (bank account numbers, credit card numbers, etc.) Please be sure to redact any financial information.
*Print applications are also available in person at Pelican Community Park and the SIB Government Center.
**Please allow 5-7 business days to receive notice of SIB Resident ID Card approval.
