Please note that parking in City parking lots is not permitted for commercial film shoots, unless a commercial parking fee is paid. The commercial parking fee is $50/space/day. The fee is a flat rate, for up to 24 hours. This fee is required to be paid in advance, and a parking pass will be issued.The City of Sunny Isles Beach requires that the production company sign a hold harmless agreement and name the City as an additional insured for at least $1,000,000.00 on the production company’s liability insurance. In addition, depending on the amount of people and/or vehicles, the type of filming or special effects, an off-duty officer may be required at the production company’s expense.
