Pre-Approval For Community TNVR Cat Program Veterinary Services

Preapproval for all related TNVR services including emergencies is required.
Volunteers must complete the Preapproval Form below and obtain a response prior to a cat receiving service.
- Only forms submitted by registered volunteers will be considered.
- Please note that a completed application does not mean that the services have been approved by the City.
Volunteers are required to submit receipt for services within 24 hours of completion.
The City is not financially responsible for invoices or reimbursement requests for services that are not preapproved by a representative of the Development Services Department. No exceptions.
